Our Story
Founded in 1997 by Mr Chua Yong Kang, Ripton Realty Pte Ltd was built on trust, service, and a personal touch. As the founder and then Key Executive Director(KEO), Mr Chua led the company to greater heights, establishing Ripton as a respected name in Singapore’s real estate industry. Over the years, we have grown into a full-service agency covering residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Today, Ripton Realty Pte Ltd is helmed by second-generation owner Alicia Chua, with Mr Chua continuing to serve as Advisor. Under Alicia’s leadership, Ripton Realty continues to evolve with the market—embracing technology and modern marketing strategies while maintaining our human touch.

Chua Yong Kang
Founder & Advisor
Mr. Chua brings over 30 years of real estate experience, with strong expertise across residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Since founding Ripton Realty Pte Ltd in 1997, he has led the firm's growth and built its reputation for integrity, professionalism and client-focused service.
Alicia Chua
KEO
Alicia graduated from NUS Business School with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.), specialising in Marketing and Finance. After graduation, she built her career in the telecommunications and e-commerce sectors, gaining valuable experience in product management, go-to-market strategy and segment marketing before making the transition to real estate. She also actively contributes to the real estate industry and currently serves as an Executive Council Member of the Singapore Institute of Estate Agents (SIEA).
Florence Neo
Head of Finance
Florence is a certified RMC and CIPM and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. She has over three decades of experience in financial and accounting management, and is also a multiple-industry practitioner who has been a steady contributor to many firms and SMEs in the areas of accounting, finance, HR, admin processes and systems improvement.
Cassandra Tan
Head of Administration
Cassandra oversees the administrative and operational matters in Ripton Realty. She plans and coordinates administrative procedures and systems, ensuring that the company's workflows are efficient and productive. Cassandra ensures the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company and to salespersons to facilitate business operations.
